From hairstyling to securing your veil to tackling those fussy buttons, we're here to help your morning run smoothly.

To ensure each client receives the highest level of care and attention during our peak season, we have a minimum booking of Bride & four people for all hair services. This allows us to reserve your date with dedicated time and focus.

Price for 2027 weddings (pre-GST).

  • We dedicate 2 hours of undivided time to discuss all the details of your look for the big day. Let's collaborate to explore and test out the best options to bring everything together perfectly.

  • We dedicate extra time to the bride, giving her our full attention. We'll perfect every detail, from placing the veil to arranging hair accessories and providing any needed help. We'll be by your side until you walk down the aisle.

  • For bridal party members or family.

    A personalized hairstyling experience, crafted exclusively to bring your vision to life, from effortless waves to polished half-up looks or timeless updos, every detail is tailored with care.

  • For the bride who deserves nothing less than perfection, this package offers a complete, elevated experience for the bride and four VIPS. Enjoy an exclusive $80 savings when selecting this package. The package include:

    Bridal Preview (120 minutes) – value $320 : A dedicated session to discuss, test, and refine your bridal hair inspiration ahead of the big day.

    Wedding Day Bridal Hair (90-120 mins) – value $320: Experience a flawless wedding day hairstyling for a picture-perfect aisle moment.

    4 x VIP Hairstyling Services – value $210 each: Custom-styled hair for your bridal party, from soft curls to polished updos.

    Not available for groups under 5. For groups of 5 or more, you may choose this package and add extra services as needed.

  • Want extra volume or length for your big day? We offer a range of clip-in extensions available to borrow, exclusively for our brides. At your preview, we’ll consult on the best options for your style.

  • Perfect option for your flower child or ring bearer.

    $100

  • An additional artist assistant fee applies for groups larger than five, ensuring services run smoothly and everyone is ready on time.

  • A mandatory mileage charge of $75 within Edmonton area or $0.80/km will be applied for travel to locations outside of Edmonton.

    For any bookings more than two hours of travel away from Edmonton and starting before 10:00 a.m. We will include a overnight stay for the bridal team in the hotel (or close to) where the bridal party is staying.

  • Applies to start times before 7:00 AM. This ensures your experience remains relaxed and luxurious, even on the earliest mornings.

Events & Photoshoots

At Black Pin Project, we're all about hairstyling for a wide range of events, including fashion shows and creative photoshoots.

With 20 years of experience, Kait is ready to bring your vision to life, helping your models achieve the exact look you want.

With extensive experience across various occasions, Kait adapts her skills to fit each unique setting, making sure your models feel confident and look incredible.

Hair & Makeup Education

We offer tailored mentoring for aspiring wedding hair and makeup artists. Our experienced team gives hands-on training, practical industry insights, and one-on-one guidance to sharpen your skills and boost confidence.

Sessions are custom to your goals, delivered in a supportive, inclusive environment for artists of any background or experience.

  • Book personalized one-on-one training to learn a specific hair or makeup style or technique. The length of each training session will depend on what you want to learn.

  • Book for a group of 2 to 6 stylists for a six hour training day. We like to keep group training small to ensure we have enough time to coach each stylist. We can customize your day to look how ever you’d like. Let’s chat about what you want to work on!
